Happy Holidays! I am definitely in the Christmas Spirit these days. I have an elf watching my every move to make sure I am good little girl, and let me tell you I have been!
On Saturday Michael and I went to go visit Santa! He was amazing...neither of us cried and I even got a candy cane afterwards because I was so good.
As you can see Michael could not stop looking at him! I hope he brings us a present.
Uncle Charlie got married last weekend and we got to attend the ceremony. We were a little restless beforehand and the old church lady made us go play. But I was able to come back for the ceremony, Michael on the other hand got the boot. So sorry, my bubba! I also got to see all my great aunt and uncles and Mommy's cousins. Grandmama and Grandpa also made it. It was a very fun weekend!
This weekend we are flying to Washington, DC to see Weezie and Pops. I will report back on the plane ride, hopefully Michael will be drugged. He is so loud these days, I tell Mommy all the time that he hurts my ears!
Until then!
Lots of Love,
Nina Elizabeth

Mr. Michael Turned 1!!! Amazing job kiddo!
We also had a little visitor over the long weekend!
This is Starbucks! The cute bunny lived in our laundry room for the weekend and we loved having her stay with us. Michael and I would chase the bunny around the house and then it would sort of chase us. I would definitely like to have a pet, but as I suspected Mommy would probably be the one cleaning and taking care of it. The nice thing about this bunny, it was potty-trained...yep, almost like me! This is Michael and Starbucks right before she left us on Monday morning.
Ummm...what else....well we participated in the Turkey Trot...which was nice and cold and later on that day, we went over to My Donna and Pappa's house to eat all sorts of good food. I particularly liked the pie! We also played outside with our cars and I colored.
Here is a shot of Mommy and Daddy from the weekend, they rarely get a shot, so I thought I would be a good little girl and give them some air time. Speaking of being good, the ELF ON THE SHELF has appeared and is watching me!

Here is Michael on Halloween, minus his ears!
Now with ears!
Can you tell that he is walking? Oh, yeah...he is a walking maniac. It started right after he got baptized...guess it was the Holy Spirit that got him moving! :)
Anyways, the time change we had a few weeks ago has been a little rough on Mr. Michael. Today was the first day he did not wake up way too early. Me, I am a perfect sleeping princess, would you think anything less?!?
Ok, was going to try to upload more pictures, but it of course is not working! Will try again!
Have a great day!

Anyways, just wanted to drop in and say hi to all my fans. So sorry for the lack of posts, by the end of the day, I am so exhausted that I can barely read three books before bed.
Here is an update on my life:
Halloween was again so much fun...I was a black cat, Michael was a dog. Mommy thought we were the cutest animals on the block!
Having computers issues still...will try to do this again. Enjoy the cute picture of me!

Michael is a finally a Christian! Yes, Mommy and Daddy got their act together and baptized the boy. Michael has wonderful god-parents - Lindsey and Carlton! (see pictures above and below) We had a great time...got to get dressed up, go to church, have a little get together afterwards and Weezie, Pops, Aunt Mary and Madeline came to town for the celebration.
So that happened a couple of weeks ago and since then we have just been kicking it. Hanging out - eating, going potty, etc. (you know...the usual).
This weekend is Texas vs. Oklahoma -- the Red River Shootout. While we will not be attending, Mommy is taking us over to Lauren's house for a pre-game brunch. I will be sure to wear my burnt orange and hook 'em horns! Michael needs so game day gear. Maybe we will go get him some today!
Speaking of Michael -- he is walking around the house like a drunk sailor. He will take about 6-10 steps and then start to sway! It is really funny. Oh, and the other weekend, Pappa got out the mule and can I tell you Michael loved it and I was scared.
I am scared of everything -- from the classroom bunny, Cookie to a blow-up cat. Personally, Mommy thinks that I am just trying to get attention, but I truly think I am scared or maybe I just like the word!
Anyways, hope everyone has a great weekend...and Go Horns!

I have finally mastered the #2 (well, almost) and I talk non-stop...mom calls me Twitter or Facebook because I am constantly giving updates on everything and everyone!

Michael crawls everywhere and gets into all sorts of things - better keep an eye on him! He just got his first pair of shoes and then Donna bought him socks - he is ready to walk and is pretty determined to do so. We will see!!

Other than that, not much to report -- just wanted to show off some pictures of us! We have been just hanging out being 2 years and 9 months -- busy, busy -- all the time!
Peace!
